I think a regular posting to linux-announce would help much people.
I replied to all that questions about the new kernels directly via email.
I think to document it is not enough, most people don't read any documention
at all. There have to be many public postings to make the people understand
what the meaning of development kernel is, and why they have to wait for
a new stable version or why they should test these kernels to help us.
I try to explain the changes in a local mailing list, but sometimes
I also don't know what a new patch mean, even though I read this channel.
Often I have to went to turkey to make some money
(with no internet connection :-(,
so I can't make some regular summaries to the general public.
