Diald-0.12 with bind freezes 1.3.68

I don't know if the 67 -> 68 patches were supposed to solve the diald-012
bind() trouble, but they didn't anyhow.

Another interesting phenomenon:
On kernel 1.3.67 with diald-012 without the bind calls, lsof causes diald
to call my Internet provider (it tries to open sockets to the nameservers
in /etc/resolv.conf).
On kernel 1.3.68 this doesn't happen.

I haven't the faintest idea what this means, but I hope it is of interest
to _someone_.
