Hi, everebody

Here is the list of problems with kernels 3.64 - 3.67:

1. Use of ps -u produces (always) floating exception. (exactly as I
wrote. Not a floating point exception)

2. When booting from floppy with the root on floppy as well, kernel
faults to mount root fs as read-write. Mounts it as read only therefore
it doesn't make any sense for fixing any problems.

For the following I found a solution and can share it but rather
fathers-creators look on it. :)

3. Since I first install Linux several month ago I have been loading it using
loadlin. And in this case I never saw color directories. Why? I don't know.
When I loaded any kernel from floppy (even if root is set to hard drive
regular partitions. In other words it's exactly the same kernel as I use
with loadlin.) - colors are ok. It happened untill I installed kernel
1.3.45 than I discovered that that kernel sets wrong screen mode and all
lines are cut in the middle. It forced me to go to setup.S and fix it
manually. Now everething worked and I found out that colors work too. I
think it was a feature of kernel not my manipulation. Anyway next kernel
was 3.64 and colors didn't work again. So I just changed part of video setup
for that from 3.45. Now everething work and if somebody experienced the
same problem I can mail this new setup.S. What really happened I don't
know 'cause I am not a specialist in PC interrupts e.t.c.

I use Oak oti 087
