Ted,

I'd like to support installation-by-a-blind-user in Debian. To do this,
probe-time information display on the braille terminal is important.
Often the kernel doesn't attach devices just the way one would like
during the first install because drivers need command line arguments.
However, this may be a moot point since Debian uses syslinux to install
and thus the no-scrollback flag can be set using a command-line
argument.
