I went from 1.3.71 to 1.3.77 and can't read any MSDOS-Floppies any more.
bash# mount -tmsdos /dev/fd0 /dosa
mount: /dev/fd0 is not a valid block device

Here the (hopefully usefull) part of a strace:
read(4, "/dev/hda8 / ext2 rw 0 1\n/dev/hda".., 4096) = 281
SYS_126(0, 0xbffffb1c, 0, 0xbffffc85, 0x67e) = 0
mount(0xbffffc8a, 0xbffffc93, 0xbffffc84, 0xc0ed0000, 0) = -1 (No such \
device or address)
SYS_126(0x1, 0xbffffb1c, 0, 0x6, 0x67e) = 0
write(2, "mount: /dev/fd0 is not a valid b".., 43mount: /dev/fd0 is not \
a valid block device) = 43
write(2, "\n", 1
) = 1

Here the syslog:
Mar 22 13:07:29 elektron kernel: floppy0: Unable to allocate DMA memory
Mar 22 13:07:53 elektron last message repeated 20 times
Mar 22 13:08:51 elektron last message repeated 70 times
Mar 22 13:09:31 elektron last message repeated 18 times
Mar 22 13:12:47 elektron kernel: end_request: I/O error, dev 02:00, sector 0
Mar 22 13:13:28 elektron last message repeated 2 times

I use linux-1.3.77, 32 MByte Ram, a,out-libc 4.5.26 and gcc-2.7.2.
