Archive of Libs(X and others)?

Are there any archives of libraries for progs like XWindows? There are
certain libs needed to run some programs I've found but no luck finding
where to get them. I'll check Sunsite, but if there are any better places
please let me know.

Win95 isn't the problem - OS/2 and DOS are. Win95 is the answer.
