appletalk in 1.3.82

When commpiling appletalk support in as a module in 1.3.82, the compile
finishes cleanly, but the module will not load. Insmod reports that it can't
find the symbols sk_free and sk_alloc. Shouldn't these be in netsyms.c?
Once adding them, the module works just fine.
