ARP: arp called for own IP address

I have a Multihomed Linux box with different IP numbers for each
interface, eth0 (202.21.147.10), eth1 (202.21.147.130) and sl0
(164.164.56.130). "telnet localhost", "telnet 202.21.147.10" and "telnet
164.164.56.130" are okay. But I can't do "telnet 202.21.147.130", my eth1
interface. Moreover I get
