As many of you are aware, Alessandro Sigala has been maintaining the file
Documentation/Changes. Due to time constraints on his part, he is no
longer able to do so.
I think I've gotten all suggestions that were sent to either of us
incorporated into the newest version, which I just sent to Linus for
inclusion in 1.3.90. If you look through that when it comes out and see
anything I forgot/lost/got incorrect, please let me know. Similarly, if
you have any new suggestions, please send them my way as well. The email
