Netscape 2.01 and 1.3.90 kernel

Netscape can not talk to the DNS and does all kinda wierd things under
1.3.90 (actually builds as 1.3.89)... I get host can't be found, and DNS
unavailable messages. switch back to 1.3.89 (real one) and all is ok.
