For the activity on this machine over this time span, the load on this
machine should be .07, .03, .00
I've checked, there is no processes gone zombie, everything is normal,
and the cpu is reporting 98% idle. What is really strange is that it was
reporting normally earlier today. Anyone have a clue why it starts it's
base at 1 sometimes?
