We have been noticing this sort of problem for both Netscape 1.x and 2.x.
We dont dont Linux machines ... we have mosty SGI Indys and Sun SparcStations.
Netscape will grab the input focus, wont release it, wont do anything
with the keyboard/mouse events.

So, I dont think its a Linux problem.
