UMB Patch for 1.3.90+

The UMB patches were just recently posted. I've updated the patches for use in
1.3.90+ and it is available on my Linux web page at
http://www.cps.msu.edu/linux.html
Pilfer freely. :)
There are also a few other patches there, but I have to work on getting them up
to date. [most are for 1.3.76 currently]
