Segmentation faults.

I have been recieveing segmentation faults like mad lately, I do have
flakey hardware but it has never manifested itself this way. I am
running 1.3.95 and libc 5.3.9 which i just recently upgraded to along
with binutils' ect. i have a 486-dx266 w 20mb of ram and sig11 problems
with my external cache enabled. (disabling the cache has fixed the sig11
reliably for a long time now)
