ip masq'ing in 1.3.95

I'm using IP Masquerading with ipfwadm2.0-b2 and 1.3.95. Everything
works except for the ftp's. When one attempts to do anything that
requires a port in ftp on a masq'd machine, the ftp session hangs. Other
than that, everything works wonderfully.

The two machines that I have masq'd at the moment is a Sparc running
Solaris 2.5 and a Win 3.1 box. Both experience the same problems with ftp.
I think other people metnioned that they saw this ftp problem as well
under masquerading. I eagerly await a fix. :)
