OS/MP handles crashme fairly well. A lot of kernel work went into
fixng the problems that crashme would cause. And the kernels tended
to be much more stable than the MP Solaris kernels, at least through
2.4 or so. I've had fewer problems with the OS/MP kernel that we were
using for years than I've had with the 2.5 Solaris that I use at
work. By a factor of a least 10.
It sounds like things are going quite well on the sparc linux kernel
front...
