Sorry about the subject line, folks, but this is the special easter release of
linux, more mundanely called 1.3.84. It fixes a few minor problems, notably a
stupid bug on my part in the TCP received queue pruning. I think it's ok now
(not that the prune stuff is ever done in normal use..)

Patches:
- digiboard documentation
- alpha patches to support PCI-PCI bridges
- file locking is better
- kmalloc() is slightly faster
- new pages are appropriately marked dirty if written to (results in fewer
page faults on architectures that do the dirty bit in software, ie alpha)
- use atomic operations instead of disabling interrupts for skb free'ing.

Please do test this all out..

Linus

PS. You people sure know how to use "finger". Today (Apr 4), I have so far been
fingered 1576 times. No kidding.

PPS. There are only three different figures. After you've seen them all, you
can stop ;-)
