termcap and terminfo should not give resolution!

It seems that every distribution has a termcap and terminfo that forces
an 80x25 size on the console. For any recent release, these entries
should be left blank since the information should come from the kernel.

I created a version of these at ftp.shell.portal.com in
/pub/zeruch as /maintcap-1.3.tgz which is now obsolete, but contains a
base entry for each type (and a way of generating conXxY automatically.

In any case, I don't like it when my scroll region os only 25 on a
160x100 mode and it is hard to reset since reset uses the
termcap/terminfo as well.
