Missing documentation

Besides "Use the source, Luke" I think there's some need for
documenting the current state of the process-related entries in
/proc. There are rather old ones (still effective for compatibility),
and there are newer ones (that will hopefully used once), and such
things. I just wondered about "stat" and "status".
Whil you can argue that it's all in the source, it's hard to find out
the policy (the author's intention) from the source. So maybe someone
with intention can document it a little bit!?
