You need to do more than that. If you are compiling the sendmail 8.7.5
sources from berkeley, you need to edit conf.h and remove (or comment out)
the lines in the linux section that deal with HASFLOCK. This distribution
knows that flock support was broken in the past, so if you define HASFLOCK
without editing conf.h, conf.h will just turn it right back off.
