I have ftp'd linux-1.3.100 and compiled a kernel. Then reboot and an error
message as below occured while trying to start mountd and it could not
mount a remote system. I am copying from dmesg..

fcntl_setlk() called by process 56 with broken flock() emulation
fcntl_setlk() called by process 68 with broken flock() emulation
fcntl_setlk() called by process 69 with broken flock() emulation
fcntl_setlk() called by process 65 with broken flock() emulation
eth0: Tx timed out, cable problem? TSR=0x94, ISR=0x0, t=26.
eth0: Tx timed out, cable problem? TSR=0x94, ISR=0x0, t=26.
eth0: Tx timed out, cable problem? TSR=0x94, ISR=0x0, t=25.
eth0: Tx timed out, cable problem? TSR=0x94, ISR=0x0, t=27.
eth0: Tx timed out, cable problem? TSR=0x94, ISR=0x0, t=31.
eth0: Tx timed out, cable problem? TSR=0x94, ISR=0x0, t=27.

Can anyone help me?
