nfsiod doesn't have an Vm* status fields. What's going on here? 'ps vax'
gives silly numbers in the virtual memory fields for the nfsiod processes,
too, so it doesn't appear to understand, either :-(.
Kernel is 1.99.11; procps is procps version 0.99 (erm, or is that 0.99a?).
