On 1.99.12, this firewalling rule

ipfwadm -O -a reject -P tcp -S 0.0.0.0/0 -D 0.0.0.0/0 22

will cause a kernel log of

Error: send_head NULL in xmit_timer

on any

telnet localhost 22

Doesn't look very good to me. Hmmm ...
