Situation:
-Serial module + kerneld
-UART 16550A ttyS0 and ttyS1
-modules 1.3.69k
Messages:
If I setup serial ports in rc.serial:
/var/log/messages:
Jun 6 18:22:56 macia kernel: Serial driver version 4.13 with no serial
options enabled
Jun 6 18:22:56 macia kernel: tty00 at 0x03f8 (irq = 4) is a 16550A
Jun 6 18:22:56 macia kernel: tty01 at 0x02f8 (irq = 3) is a 16550A
Jun 6 18:22:56 macia kernel: tty12 at 0x0330 (irq = 4)
Jun 6 18:22:56 macia kernel: tty13 at 0x0338 (irq = 4)
Jun 6 18:22:56 macia kernel: tty14 at 0x0000 (irq = 0)
Jun 6 18:22:56 macia kernel: tty15 at 0x0000 (irq = 0) is a 16550A
And the system locks solid. You cannot do anything.
And if I start it by hand I get the same message and also:
Jun 6 19:07:13 macia kernel: tty16 at 0x0100 (irq = 12)
Jun 6 19:07:13 macia kernel: tty18 at 0x0110 (irq = 21249) is a 16550A
Jun 6 19:07:13 macia kernel: tty23 at 0x0138 (irq = 12)
Jun 6 19:07:13 macia kernel: tty26 at 0x03f8 (irq = 12)
Jun 6 19:07:13 macia kernel: tty27 at 0x0004 (irq = 12)
And it doesn't lock.
This doesn't happen with 1.99.12. It runs fine.
Hope this helps. I can't get more info from my logs, but if I can help
just let me know.
Greetings.
Waiting anxiously for 2.0.
