I'm gonna have to back off on the VESA 2.0 thing here. I think
that maybe it would be better to leave it alone, given that we are going
to be duplicating its functionality anyway.

Hm. Well, I guess I was wrong. I still am pretty sure that most
new cards will support 2.0 in ROM, but perhaps all of that isn't as far
along as I had thought. Oh well.
