GUS and IRQ 15

Hallo!

I noticed that the GUS card is set by default at IRQ 15, the same used on most
secondary IDE channels. It's not a big hassle, but 11 or 12 would be a more
sensible choice, IMHO. Being the thing totally software configurable..
