June 10 issue of InfoWorld page 16, article about NTFSDOS,
ftp://ftp.ora.com/pub/examples/windows/win95.update/schulman.html
seems to be freeware, maybe source comes with it, I haven't looked
yet. MS says they are not too concerned about it.
