That's because emtratell.com doesn't exist as a domain. The root
nameservers know this and tell you immediately. The domain "embratel.com"
does exist, and your request for the IP address of the "www" host is
forwarded to their nameserver. Due to distance, or a lack of
resources, the response from emtratel.com takes two mintues to come
back. I'd guess it's a slow nameserver at embratel.com.
