No. The RSS includes shared libraries, which compromise about 1M of the
address space in an average X client.

The X server number is inaccurate too, since it also includes the
memory mapped frame buffer (usually 4M).

Yes. Netscape is a poorly written memory pig (ie, graphics are stored
internally with the color content of the visual, irregardless of their
size and color content (a multi-megapixel B&W image, like a digitized
fax, could still get 4 bytes per pixel).
