incorrect kernel parameters in ide.txt

I have helped alot of people through LISC (the Linux Internet Support
Cooperative) to get ide cdrom's working ont he 2nd and 3rd ide channels.
They have had problems because (as everyone knows :-) Linux doesn't auto
probe those channels. when i was setitng up my CDrom drive (on ide3)
i had difficulty finding the exact parameters (io port, etc), that the
channels used by default. After grepping parts of the kernel source, and
checking some other sources, i found the correct data.
The file /usr/src/linux/Documentation/ide.txt contains references to the
ide channels, and passing the parameter to the kernel, but the suggested
values are incorrect (ie, do not contain the standard value for the
ide channels). Thus i suggest that the following be added to the ide.txt
file in order to reduce the stress of people trying to get an ide cdrom
working on ide2 or ide3.
