endian.h in ppp.c and slhc.c

Hi,

ppp.c and slhc.c include <endian.h>.

Why? They compile perfectly without it, _except_ when using the GNU C
library -- then these includes break compilation (because
__KERNEL_STRICT_NAMES gets defined, and a few other include files still=
use
the old names).
