Use the bootkernel disk, and the install rootdisk.

mount your filesystem

edit /etc/rc.d/rc.inet2, comment out the calls to rpc.mountd, rpc.nfsd,
rpc.portmap..

sync

sync again

umount the parititon and reboot..
