md-related panic in 2.0.14

These problems started appearing after switching the adaptec 1542CF in
my newsserver into a buslogic 956C and 2.0.X to 2.0.1X. There
seem to be no scsi-related error messages in my log files, just these.
(I have even mke2fs:ed /dev/md0).

Using `/System.map' to map addresses to symbols.
