Apple laser success

I reported problems with the Apple laser 16/600 (lp printing to it) that
was not working with early 2.0.x kernels. I noticed that in 2.0.17 there
was patches to tcp_output.c and that they seemed to be related to my
problem. I upgraded and tried it, and it seems to work.

I would just like to say this and thank the ppl who put in the effort to
make this work.
