You can't get cards based on OPTi chips to work with 1.2.13. OPTi MAD16
chips are supported by Linux 2.0.x (at least 2.0.1 is reguired for C930).
Another alternative is to use OSS/Linux driver which is available for
Linux 1.2.13 too.
