I'm currently busy in getting OSS/Free v3.7-beta4 ready for release. It
will take couple of days (at most) to get it done and I will then make it
available from our ftp site (see http://www.4ftont-tech.com/ossfree for
an announcement). It will be included in the kernel distribution few days
after that.
This release will compile with Linux 2.1.x. In addtion there will be
support for some new hardware (AWE32 by Takashi Iwai and OPTi 82C924
(non-PnP mode)). There have been many other significant changes too
since v2.5.4.
OSS/Linux v3.7-beta4 for Linux 2.1.x will also be released within few days.
