PnP ISA support in Linux kernel

OK. This has been fairly well tested now, so I am announcing it here.
You can find my PnP ISA driver at the following URL:-

Hopefully, it will be in a suitable form to add to the 2.1 distribution
soon. The driver supports all PnP ISA cards. It also contains patches
against the SB16 and AWE32 drivers.

I have also written a patch to the IDE driver for PnP support, although I
am unable to test it, so it is not currently in the distribution. I will
add this in 0.2, and also update the patch to support OSS/Free-3.7beta#
driver. I would appreciate any other comments on it (including patches
against other drivers in the kernel).
