I'm not sure where the confusion is occuring, but your Cyrix 6x86
patches fail to apply against linux/arch/i386/mm/init.c from the 2.0.23
kernel. There appear to be some significant differences in the
underlying code which you are modifying.
If this patch is actually for 2.1.x kernels, you need to be more
specific. And, if that's the case, would you consider producing a
version for those of us that are not on the bleeding edge at the
moment?
