PCI 3C90X eth card problem

I have some problem in make an EtherLink XL PCI 3C90X ethernet card work.
My hardware is:

- Pentium 100 Chipset UMC
- 16 Mb RAM, IDE HD 820Mb, IDE CDROM
- A SMC-Ultra Ethernet card
- A 3C90X Ethernet card

Here is 'cat /proc/pci' :

I have tried with Linux 2.0.24, with the 3c509/3c579 support and with the
3c590 series (592/595/597) "Vortex" support, but till now I did not succed.
