Sorry about that. My fault. I just posted a patch to linux-kernel to fix
this. A word of warning to everybody though:

DO NOT USE IDE-CD AS A MODULE WITHOUT THIS PATCH OR
THE KERNEL WILL CERTAINLY OOPS AND LAUGH EVILLY AT YOU!!!
