Repeatable network oops

I've been able to repeatable produce this oops in 2.1.12 with any network
behaviour from my computer. The computer is a laptop with a 3c562 pcmcia
card, pcmcia 2.8.23 w/ the 2.1.? patch, and libc 5.4.12. Here's the
oops and ksymoops output:

Am I the only person who has been having serious network problems since
2.1.7?
