some missing files in the linux 2.0.0. source

hello!

i've installed linux 2.0.0 from the slackware distribution. i also
installed the source code (disk series k).
but there is no bdflush.c, sync.c and update.c in the linux kernel
source.
can anyone please tell me, where i can find these files?

please answer to my email address, as i'm not (yet?) subscribed in this
