Here's a patch that fixes the 2.1.5 tulip.c for the znyx 314 multiport-
I had to do that for someone a couple of weeks ago. I then tested
against an SMC, the onboard multia i/f, the znyx 342 && the 314.

I've sent mail to manabe && mr. becker && linus about this, but
it may not be good enuff for folsks.
