Can anyone explain these messages?

These messages pop up in my log files from time to time and make me wonder if
someone is trying to do something 'bad' either with or from my machine.

The ones that make me wonder the most are the ICMP redirects..
I'm not positive this is kernel related, but it is coming from the kernel and
seems to be worth noting, so, I'm just curious.
