2.0.24: tty->count(1) != #fd's(2)

Last night I got the following warning:

kernel: Warning: dev (04:c1) tty->count(1) != #fd's(2) in do_tty_hangup

It's the only problem(?) with 2.0.24 so far (Uptime 6 days).
Config: PPro200MHz, 64MB, Buslogic FlashPoint LW (driver 2.0.7beta).
