2.1.9 still 'jerky' [was Re: 2.1.8 problem]

Ok, do you want to helps to find out the problem ?

Use tcpdump -w file to save the packets on the problematic connection
and send the resulting file uuencoded to me or to the list along
with the version of the OSes involved, the media, and the rtt as seen
by ping.
