2.0.26 ISDN/teles compile problems

It looks to me like the teles4isdn4linux driver in 2.0.26 is broken;
we can't compile it. There is no definition in the source tree anywhere
of the symbols PROTO_DIS_N1, PROTO_DIS_N0, and PROTO_EURO, and they
are used in drivers/isdn/teles/isdnl3.c (and, by inclusion,
drivers/isdn/teles/l3_1TR6.c)
Were some updates to include files simply forgotten?
