Only if the atacker sits on your network and you are not using some form
of authentication.

You can use autoconfiguration for several annouced prefixes.
And you can resort to manual address configuration at will.
You can even disable autoconfiguration if you like.
Don't assume that the silly way of doing HTTP virtual hosting is something
to keep.
