Do you mean HFS volumes? Have you seen
http://www-sccm.stanford.edu/~hargrove/HFS/ ?

If you want it as part of the kernel, rather than as a module, look at
http://dwmw2.robinson.cam.ac.uk/kernel/

Try also http://www.mars.org/~rob/proj/hfs/ for some utilities for
handling such volumes.
