Segfault problems.

Okay, I've had to bite the bullet on this one:
Since I've upgraded to 2.1.x i've had a constant startup segfault with
several programs.. I've recompiled and I've tryed LD_PRELOADing them with
the old C libs.. But with no avail... The two programs that stick out in
my mind are fetchmail and strobe.. I think they are segfaulting when they
try to do socket stuff... If there's a better mailing list to ask in, I'd
be pleased to know.. or if someone can point me to info on gdb (I can
program in C and i386 asm... but I'm not familiar with the GNU debugging
tools...) I'll see if I can solve my own problem... Thanks..
